In my last blog post, I rambled on about how it seems easier – and more interesting – to me to start a new healthy habit than to drop an old, unhealthy habit. So I decided to come up with some new activity that I would attempt to do every day for 30 days in order to hopefully build it into a habit.
I had 5 criteria for choosing a good thing to attempt:
- It should be something I want to do every day for the rest of my life
- It should be fairly easy to do
- It shouldn’t cost much to do it
- It should be something that others in my home are trying to do too
- It shouldn’t cause conflict with other things in my life
Okay…drum roll please…
For the next 30 days, The Unamazing Chris Desatoff – Blogger, Cartoonist and Internet Marketer – will attempt to…
Please hold your applause until after the show.
It’s a pretty amazing feat, attempting to drink water for 30 days straight.
I was actually going to attempt to drink NOTHING but water (gasp!) for 30 days, but I just remembered that I’m trying to only add something new into my life without trying to quit anything. So that means I might still drink other stuff along with the water.
So that’s it.
Sorry you came all the way over here just to hear that.
I’m going to try to drink water every day – maybe every meal – for a month.
About an hour ago, I came across a random video on Youtube that made me want to do this. Here’s the video. It’s much more interesting than this blog post, so go ahead and watch it…
Perhaps for my next 30 day challenge after this one, I’ll attempt to turn a door knob every day or something equally challenging 😉
