SUMMARY of WEEK 3

Well, this was not the direction I was hoping to go. This third week was worse than last week. And it was even worse than Week 1, for which I was missing the points for Monday.

So yeah. This week sucked.

Actually, it stunk.

As in…well, just look at my early morning routine and night routine stats.

For those who don’t know, that’s what depression looks like.

But it wasn’t just that I felt depressed and didn’t care about basic hygiene. We also rearranged our bathroom. Some stuff got moved around.

Like, when I went to brush my teeth, the toothpaste, floss and mouthwash were gone. I looked around real quick but didn’t see them.

Then I thought they might be at the wet bar in the living room, since my wife sometimes uses that sink – nope, weren’t there.

Then I got frustrated and decided to just skip it.

I think I’m turning into a grumpy old man.

A stinky, grumpy old man.

Hopefully next week I’ll be less grumpy.

And less stinky.

Conclusion

Okay…

Decided to finally look around more thoroughly and found the toothpaste, floss and mouthwash a few days later.

So you’d think that means that my scores for next week would immediately start going up, right?

    You reminded me to keep on flossing, dude. Thanks for that. I am religious about brushing but flossing needs some consistency. Plus I need to keep using oregano oil nightly. I use it as a mouth wash. Amazing for cleaning out the mouth but goodness, it does burn-sting.

    Oregano oil – that’s a new one to me. Probably a better choice than some of the chemically-enhanced commercial ones out there.
