Some Goals for This Week

Just a quick little update:

Well, there’s only a couple more weeks left in 2021. I don’t expect to accomplish anything massive in that time, but that’s okay. Hopefully I can at least finish up the year on a high note.

Rather than choosing goals that require me to hit a certain target day after day, I chose simpler goals that I can do in just one shot. For example, instead of aiming for a minimum of 3,000 steps every day or 3,000 steps 3x a week, I instead just chose a goal I could accomplish in a single day, in a single effort.

So anyway, here are my goals for this week that I jotted down this morning. Nothing crazy, but anything is better than what I accomplished these last few weeks.

  1. Walk 10,000 steps in a day
  2. Try the new “Plant Power” fast food place
  3. Meal prep for the next few days
  4. Write 5,000 words in a day
  5. Upload a podcast

Okay, wish me luck. I’ll do an update next Monday, whether I accomplish any of these or not.
